Meghan Markle Is Spotted Holding Archie Weeks Before He’s Due To Become A Big Brother

Meghan Markle is getting closer to becoming a mom of two! The Duchess of Sussex was spotted out and about in California with nearly 2-year-old son Archie Harrison in tow. Mom and son looked absolutely casual and adorable.

There's a lot for the Sussexes to celebrate in the coming weeks. On May 6, Archie will celebrate his second birthday. In June, the couple are due to welcome their second child, a little girl.

It's a time of change for the couple. They're still feeling the loss of Prince Philip, with Harry arriving home from the services in the UK on Tuesday.

Meghan Markle was spotted out with her nearly 2-year-old little boy. Meghan was seen in California, holding Archie as she walked about with her adorable bump. Meghan is close to the end of her pregnancy, with her due date reportedly in June.

Archie looked adorable in a sweatshirt, jeans, and a beanie. He had a small backpack on while Meghan held a lunchbox on her wrist. Both looked happy on the afternoon after Prince Harry returned home from his week in the UK for Prince Philip's funeral.

Harry and Meghan are reportedly taking a lot of care to spend quality time with Archie ahead of the arrival of their second child.

"Archie knows he'll be a big brother soon and is very excited to help," a source told Us Weekly.

Harry and Meghan shared their excitement for their growing family during their sit-down with Oprah Winfrey. They revealed that their family will be complete with two kids.

"Amazing. Just grateful," Harry said of the news.

"To have any child, any one or two, would be amazing. But to have a boy and then a girl, what more could you ask for? Now we've got our family, the four of us and our two dogs. It's great."

During his appearance on The Late Late Show With James Corden, Harry gushed about Archie. "My son is now over a year and a half. He is hysterical. He's got the most amazing personality. He's already putting three, four words together. He's already singing songs. His first word was 'crocodile,' three syllables," he said.

Harry also mentioned what Queen Elizabeth got Archie for Christmas.

"Interestingly, my grandmother asked us what Archie wanted for Christmas and Meg said a waffle maker, she sent us a waffle maker for Archie," he revealed.

"So breakfast now, Meg makes up a beautiful organic mix, in the waffle maker, flip it, out it comes, he loves it. Archie literally wakes up in the morning and says 'waffle.'"
