Rob Kardashian Says He Has Almost Total Custody After Ex Says She Gets No Child Support

Rob Kardashian's ex Blac Chyna is hitting out at the reality star, implying that the father of 5-year-old Dream doesn't pay child support. Chyna also insinuated that Tyga, the father of 9-year-old Cairo, also isn't helping out.

There's a catch: Both Rob and Tyga decided to be transparent about what they do for their children, and now Blac Chyna is the one looking like she's making things up.

Things started when Chyna tweeted that she receives "no support no child support" as a single mom. Instead of letting things lie, both Tyga and Rob Kardashian decided to speak out in defense of themselves.

Tyga revealed that he does a lot for Cairo. He commented, "I pay 40k a year for my son school & he lives w me mon- sat. Why would I pay child support lol."

Rob offered his own comment. "I pay 37k a year for my daughter's school. I handle every single medical expense. I pay for all her extracurricular activities. I have my daughter from Tuesday-Saturday. Why would i pay child support lol."

Chyna and Rob have had a dramatic relationship in the years that they have known one another. Rob most recently asked to dismiss the assault and battery lawsuit he filed in December 2017 against the mother of his child. Both Rob and his sister Kylie Jenner claimed that Chyna tried to choke him with an iPhone charger cord.

Rob said that he was no longer pursuing legal action to protect his daughter. "My love for Dream far outweighs my desire to proceed with my claims against her mother in a public trial. Now that the court has ruled that there is sufficient evidence to warrant a jury trial on my claim for assault, for our daughter's sake, I am dismissing the action and focusing on my co-parenting relationship with Chyna."

However, Chyna's legal team has hit back. Her lawyer said, "Rob Kardashian should have thought of his daughter Dream before he filed his malicious and baseless assault and battery lawsuit against Dream's mother, Angela White a.k.a. Blac Chyna, more than four years ago."

The lawyer continued, "Although she can never get back the peace of mind she deserved these last four years, Chyna will now seek relief from the court to make sure that Rob cannot refile his lawsuit and to make him pay for her substantial litigation costs."
