For first time parents, it's such a blessing to witness a baby's important milestones. While most of us didn't grow up with cameras recording every second of our first years, today's parents are lucky enough to be able to capture some of these amazing moments that they'll be able to look back on for a long time.
The lucky mom in this next video was actually able to capture the exact moment her baby says his first word, and it's adorable!
"Are you going to talk now?" the new mom asks her baby in the video. Of course, she didn't actually think her newborn would respond.
The baby mutters some nonsense. Then, at the very end of the video, he actually speaks! Mom is in complete shock when the baby babbles a little, "Hello!" Her surprised reaction can be heard in the background, briefly before the video abruptly ends.
I seriously had to watch this a few times to see if it was real. The mom claims it is, but you can be the judge of it. Not long after, the proud mom posted the video, garnering a lot of attention from family and friends, who commented that this was one smart baby!
