When Dad Catches His Kids Doing THIS, He’s SPEECHLESS…And So Am I!

I don't think of myself as a prude, but it feels like every time I turn on the radio, I'm shocked by some of the songs I hear.

Of course I remember singing songs like "O.P.P.", "Gin & Juice," and "The Bad Touch" when I was way too young to even know what the lyrics meant, but it still shocks me every time I hear "pop" songs about getting high, getting drunk, and having sex. Enough is enough!

Here at LittleThings, we love us some country music, but in recent years these stars have become the worst offenders of writing tasteless lyrics. We'd much rather hear songs like the one these young women wrote after growing tired of all the sexism in their favorite genre. Luckily, people are starting to notice this nasty trend, too.

Steve Hartman of CBS Evening News' "On The Road" segment gets it. Normally, he's the one interviewing good Samaritans, but this time around, Hartman is making headlines on his own. Hartman is the proud father of two young boys, ages four and six. Like many kids their age, they love country music, but Hartman was seriously shaken when he found his kids writing a list of their favorite country songs.

Hartman decided to head on the road with his two kids and confront a country music superstar face-to-face. What happens? I think you'll be surprised, too…
