At only eight years old, Gabe was made the honorary captain of his high school brother's football team. Gabe has Down Syndrome, loves his brother's team more than anything, and goes to every single game. One night, the coaches and the players decided to do something for Gabe that he certainly won't forget for a while!
After letting Gabe suit up, the team called him out onto the field and tossed him the ball. The little boy then ran for a touchdown as members from the other team "tried" to tackle him. The cheering and laughter from the sidelines shows just how happy both sides were to see little Gabe score!
This is what true sportsmanship looks like! Always put kids first!
