Say hello to a little boy named Dominique. When his favorite Michael Jackson song came on during the Santa Monica Food Festival at the Pier, his inner spirit kicked into high gear. Even the guy on stilts couldn't steal Dominique's thunder as he completely stole the show and wow'd the crowd!
This happened in 2009. I can only imagine what would happen if it were today.. Everyone would have their cameras out to capture the next hot viral video! Lucky for us, someone had a video camera nearby and was able to capture the action.
