When there's a new baby, changing diapers is one of the main things a parent will spend their time doing. That's why it's nice to have a helper, and in this case, the helper is a sweet Beagle named Charlie! Charlie has been helping his mom with changing diapers every since the baby came along, and even gives a high five after every task!
