12 Super-Easy DIY Halloween Costumes You Won’t Believe Are DIY

With only a few weeks left until Halloween, it's probably time to start getting your costume organized. Anyone can just go to a costume store, pick something off the rack and then spend the entire night hoping they won't bump into someone wearing the exact same thing, but what's the fun in that? Not only that, but buying a Halloween costume can be pretty expensive, too!

Creativity should really be the cornerstone of Halloween, be it making incredible DIY Halloween decorations or spooky snacks and treats. Now it's time to throw together a personalized costume, and making it is half the fun. Whether it is something spooky or wacky you are after, you don't need to be a creative genius with a background in haberdashery to make it: you just need some basic sewing skills and equipment to get the job done in the most difficult cases.

So, have a look through some of these ideas — whether you are looking to mimic something or you are just looking for inspiration — and get started on that custom Halloween costume to pair with your creepy eye makeupstat.
