Derek, the owner of this vintage Trillium camper, calls it the "Cadillac of fiberglass trailers."
While Trilliums average around 300 square feet, this one can comfortably house up to four people!
Living tiny doesn't mean you can't live large. It's no surprise to me that converting RVs, campers, and old trailers into living spaces has become the latest trend amongst people of all ages.
Take one look at this stunning retro RV renovation or this revamped 1976 Airstream — it's hard not to ditch all of your possessions and live it up in one of these babies.
2014 saw a 26% increase in Airstream sales and an overall increase RV sales!
"The small-house movement, asset-lite lifestyles, and a move away from conspicuous consumption are all in this same basket," Bob Wheeler, President and CEO of Airstream, Inc., wrote in an email to Bliss.
"Airstream falls in line with much of this thinking: a small, self-contained dwelling that is mobile and fully functional."
When Derek's father bestowed an old 1960s Boler on him, he fell in love with the beaute.

Derek's love affair with trailers all began when his father gave him an incredible gift.
"My father wanted to help with my business, but couldn’t offer much more than moral support. One day he asked if I would like to use one of his retro '60s Boler trailers for a convention to transport product and advertising," Derek wrote on Airbnb.
"He painted it with our signature teal blue color and shipped it out to California. As soon as it rolled off the truck I was in love."
Derek then decided to invest in a few trailers of his own! Check out the Trillium below.

"As my love affair grew with the little trailers, I began restoring other ultra lights and soon found myself with a driveway full of these quirky fiberglass campers."
"I started taking the trailer out on weekends to places all around California. I was venturing out and getting up close to parts of the state I never knew existed."
"The trailer made it so easy to enjoy nature and the world around me. I was amazed with how easy the trailer was to tow without breaking the bank in gas mileage."
"I felt I was reliving a time forgotten."
Thanks to Derek's dad he has fallen in love with these tiny, versatile campers and continues to collect and renovate them!
