90-Year-Old Twins Die 2 Hours Apart On Christmas Day. Kleenex Alert!

The special bond that sisters share runs deep and true. After 90 years at each others side, twin sisters died 2 hours and 15 minutes apart on the same day.

Martha Dixon and her twin sister Mary Dickson, who were born September 26th, 1924 in Bear Springs Tennessee, both passed away on Christmas Day. The two sisters stuck together through thick and thin before they passed away. The twins had even married brothers, William Dixon and Thomas E. Dickson, one of whom had to change the spelling of his last name to re-enlist in the military. (Both brothers preceded their wives in death.)

Although the family's lose is bittersweet, they say the twins started their story together, and they wanted to end their story together.

"For twins to go out on the same day two hours apart it's like one had to take the steps to pass and help then other get through that. Having them together was peaceful but broken hearted at the same time," their granddaughter Amy Deconcni told Fox2.

This is such a bittersweet, beautiful and emotional story. Please SHARE it.
