Abandoned Kitten Lies Frozen In The Snow…Then A MIRACLE Happens!

As the Arctic chill blew through Denver, a tiny abandoned kitten was suffering from hypothermia and on the brink of death when a true miracle happened. A local woman saw the 4-month-old kitten frozen to the ground and rushed it to a local animal shelter. Volunteers weren't even sure if the kitten was still alive but decided to use warm IV solution and heating pads to see if the animal would respond.

Finally, after an hour of attention and treatment, the kitten stabilized. The volunteers were shocked and completely blown away by her recovery. Because of the cat's amazing turnaround, the veterinary staff decided to change the kitten's name to Elsa, based on the Disney "Frozen" character.

"We figured that would be a nice theme being from the Frozen movie, but also since she obviously has a fighting spirit," Supervisor Morgan Schneider told ABC.

What a true miracle! Elsa will eventually go up for adoption once she is healthy enough, assuming no one has proof that the cat belongs to them.
