No One Knew What This Antique Item Was. Do You Think YOU Know?

If there's one thing that we know our awesome readers love (and we love, too) it's a good, old-fashioned mystery! And how could we not? Thinking and researching and trying to get to the bottom of a mysterious question is not only fun, but it's also a really great way to get the brain moving.

Whether it's a giant mysterious gift box left in the middle of a busy street or the type of treasures that might be hidden inside an apartment that's been abandoned and closed for 70 years, or even the reason why someone would build a mysterious tunnel underneath the streets of Toronto — these questions are all incredibly intriguing.

One thing that makes a mystery even more exciting is when it's about something that's really old. There's a reason shows like Antiques Roadshow are so popular, and it's because people just love to try to figure what these antique items are (and what they might be worth).

One antique shop in Winston-Salem, NC named Laster's Fine Art & Antiques recently came across an item in their shop that has baffled just about everyone. They even posted a photo of the item on their Facebook page to see if anyone could guess what it was and no one knew!

In the video below, you'll get a chance to see the item, which looks a lot like a vase for a single flower (but it's not) before hearing one of Laster's employees give you the full details.

I don't want to spoil it for you, so feel free to let us know what you think it is, and then check out the video to see if you're correct. Good luck!
