Longtime fans of Arnold Schwarzenegger have watched all of the twists and turns his life has taken. Arnold enjoyed a successful bodybuilding and acting career before throwing his hat in the ring for the California governor's race in 2003. He held the office for two terms, through 2011.
That year, things took a turn for the so-called "Governator." It came out that he and his wife, Maria Shriver, were splitting after 25 years of marriage. It was also revealed that Arnold had an extramarital affair with a household employee while Maria was pregnant with their youngest child. Housekeeper Mildred Baena got pregnant during the affair, and Joseph Baena was born just one week after Maria gave birth to her and Arnold's son, Christopher.

Arnold has publicly expressed regret about how his choices impacted Maria and his four other children. He did step up, however, to be a father for Joseph. There's no questioning the resemblance between father and son, which can be seen in one of Joseph's Instagram photos, where he re-creates one of his father's most iconic poses.

The most private of Arnold's children is Christopher. Christopher suffered a scary surfing accident at the age of 13 that left him with broken bones and a collapsed lung. Christopher recovered entirely from the accident and went on to attend the University of Michigan.
Last but not least is Joseph Baena. Joseph was the child that resulted from Arnold's extramarital affair with household employee Mildred Baena.
Arnold reportedly didn't know that he had fathered Joseph until Joseph was around 8 years old. Since finding out, he's taken responsibility and helped take care of Joseph and his mother, although the rest of his family didn't find out until 2011.
It's unclear if Joseph has a relationship with Arnold's other children, but the bond between father and son is strong. They share a love for fitness and train together.
Arnold spoke a little about his relationship with Joseph during an appearance on Howard Stern's show in 2015. He said, "He’s terrific and he totally understands the situation. So, it all has worked out… It’s a very tough situation for him. It’s a very tough situation for my kids. Very tough situation for my family. It was tough for everybody. But it has happened and now we have to figure it out, right?"
It appears Joseph has even nailed down one of his dad's most iconic poses. Everyone familiar with Arnold knows about his 3/4 back pose. There's even a statue of him in Columbus, Ohio, striking the pose.
Joe struck the pose himself and put a picture of it on Instagram. In the caption, he joked, "Just a little thicc."
There's no doubt that the dedication Joseph is putting into his training is making his dad proud. Who knows if there's a bodybuilding title or two in the young man's future?
