Woman Finds Three Baby Squirrels Living In A Nest Under The Hood Of Her Car

When the weather is cold, as it still is in many parts of the United States, animals of all kinds seek warmer temperatures in their immediate surroundings. They try to find warm places to house their food and their tiny babies, but sometimes they pick the wrong home. It's not uncommon for small animals to find themselves stuck under the hoods of cars, close to the engines. This tiny kitten is only one out of many who found warmth in the wrong place, and now a whole family is in a little trouble for the same reason!

A Pennsylvania woman brought her car to a mechanic after hearing odd noises from under the hood. The car wasn't running right, and she heard "screaming" inside it. But when the man lifted the hood, he didn't have to look far to find the cause of the car's problems.

Inside, he found a pile of leaves, and when he sifted through them, he found something astonishing. It wasn't just a pile of leaves, but a squirrel's nest. There, he found three little ones, all curled up in the comfort of the heat.

One by one, he lifted them to safety and put them in a cardboard box, presumably to be taken to a veterinarian.

Please SHARE if you're glad these babies were found and could be brought to safety!
