It’s called “home sweet home” for a reason. Our homes are where we feel safest. It’s our comfort zone, our umbrella from the uncertainties of the outside world…The place where we can eat peanut butter straight from the jar in our underwear without judgment…Or is that just me?
So when something unknown and scary happens in your house, it can be very unnerving.
One family in Oklahoma had quite a fright of their own when one member walked into the barn on their land and discovered a casket. The casket was spooky enough, but what was inside the decaying box was even more disturbing.
“My nephew said that there’s some bones in the barn,” said Gwynn Priddy who had just purchased the property. “And I said, ‘What kind — squirrel or rabbit?’”
If only it was that cuddly and innocent…
When I found out what was inside, I gasped. It’s straight out of a horror movie! Talk about real estate nightmares…
