Make it Right aims to rebuild areas of New Orleans that were destroyed by Hurricane Katrina in an environmentally conscious manner. Alicia Keys

14-time Grammy winner Alicia Keys's talents go beyond her vocal chords: the esteemed songstress has been an HIV/AIDS activist and educator for over a decade. In addition to co-founding the "Keep a Child Alive" organization for HIV/AIDS patients in Africa and India in 2003, Alicia launched "EMPOWERED," an organization focused on educating young women in the United States about HIV/AIDS, in 2013.
