If you're like many people, you want to believe that your favorite celebrities are amazing people whose kindness and generosity are just as impressive as the work that made them famous. And in many cases, you'll be right — lots of famous people have created charities or even served in the military, like these surprisingly famous veterans. But unfortunately, living the high life tends to change you, and many of the world's biggest stars haven't taken it so well.
It's important to remember that many celebs are constantly hounded by fans asking for autographs and paparazzi photographing their every move. I think even the most patient of us would snap at some point after dealing with that constant attention! I really don't blame anyone for getting a little snippy now and then after dealing with that all the time, but that doesn't excuse the stars who seem to act entitled and rude just because they're rich and famous. I mean, you can't expect everyone to be as great as David Beckham when he did something amazing for a family in need, but a bit of common courtesy (and a tip after dining at a restaurant) shouldn't be too much to ask… right?

The Disney-star-turned-pop-star has developed quite the reputation for being a snobby diva thanks to multiple instances of being rude to her fans. Her most recent (and possibly most notorious) incident occurred when she went to a donut shop and licked multiple donuts that she hadn't bought.
2. Justin Bieber
The teen pop star was once famous for his iconic hairstyle, but these days, he's more known for his poor attitude. He's been reported using racial slurs, spitting on fans, driving under the influence, and more. The Biebs seems to be trying to clean up his act (especially after being the subject of a particularly brutal roast on Comedy Central), but there's no doubt that he's going to have a tough time doing enough good to make up for his past behavior.
3. Alec Baldwin
Alec Baldwin has always been known for having a pretty bad temper, and all that rage seems to come out whenever one of his fans dares to ask him for his autograph.
4. Chevy Chase
This actor seems to have made more enemies than friends in Hollywood, including Will Ferrell, Robert Downey Jr., and Bill Murray. He's known for delivering nasty insults to just about anyone, and one of the reasons cited when his ex-wife filed for divorce was "threats of violence."
5. Michael Jordan
If this one broke your heart, you're not alone. The hero of both basketball and Space Jam is reportedly a pretty lousy human being when it comes to dealing with his fans, even going so far as to push a little old lady when she approached him to ask for an autograph. He's also notorious for making crazy demands at restaurants and then refusing to leave any tip.

The actress is apparently a huge pain to work with. She throws so many tantrums and causes so much drama that many producers recognize her talent, but opt to find someone else for the job because they don't want to deal with her issues.
7. Jennifer Lopez
If you've ever had suspicions that J. Lo wasn't so sweet off camera, you're apparently right. The pop star has been known to completely ignore her fans and generally act like she is above everyone else.
8. William Shatner
He might seem like a cool and funny guy, but William Shatner has been known to tell his adoring fans to "f*** off" and charge people upwards of $100 just for an autograph.

Since his work on Scrubs made him seem like a goofy sweetheart, it's a pretty big bummer that this actor is rumored to act pretty entitled and make unreasonable requests on set.

Rachel Ray has been accused by many people of being insufferable. She frequently acts as though she's better than her fans, many times outright ignoring them or insulting them. Some people have even turned down jobs on her show because they couldn't stand to be around her.

According to many people who have had experiences with Prince, this performer is pretty high-maintenance. It's been said that he complains about anything and everything, going so far as to demand to "talk to someone about this" when the tide came in while he was shooting a video on the beach.

This famous snowboarder has been accused of acting entitled and downright rude thanks to his actions that include having an entire snowboarding parks closed down so he could be the only person in attendance. But probably the worst story anyone's ever told about him was the one where he ditched many sick kids from the Make-A-Wish Foundation who had gotten their wishes granted to snowboard with him so he could ride on the halfpipe alone.
13. Kanye West
Kanye isn't exactly known for being the world's nicest guy, so it should be no surprise that he's on this list. He doesn't like to be seen with a smile on his face, and when things don't go his way, he goes into full-on pouty diva mode. And of course, who could forget the time he interrupted Taylor Swift's acceptance speech at the 2009 VMAs?

She may be "America's Sweetheart," but you might change your opinion of this actress if you ever get the chance to meet her. Bullock has been reported to yell at anyone ranging from reporters asking her about her outfit on the red carpet, to wheelchair-bound fans who just want an autograph.

She may be one of the world's most famous supermodels, but Naomi Campbell is also known for being one of the world's biggest divas. She's been reported to exhibit some pretty rude and entitled behavior, and she even threw her phone at a maid once in a particularly shocking tantrum.
