Strangers Call Out Dad Of 3 For Chipotle Order, So He Defends Separating All The Ingredients

One of the worst parts about ordering delivery or takeout is how cold or soggy food can get after leaving the kitchen. It really dampens the experience of eating out, making it not as enjoyable as it should be.

This was exactly what a dad of three named Josh Williams wanted to avoid when he went to Chipotle to pick up some food. He placed his order, but instead of getting full meals, he asked employees to package every ingredient separately. He says that he did this because he wanted to eat at home, which was also 45 minutes away from the closest Chipotle.

He posted a photo of the separated ingredients, asking followers if this was a genius hack, or if he was just strange. He didn't get the responses he expected, instead sparking an entire debate about the service industry.

While some people were clearly appalled that he would make the Chipotle employees go through so much trouble, others defended him, saying that his circumstances called for it. Since posting the photo, he's been defending his actions to strangers. However, he doesn't seem to to be taking the criticism too personally!

But the meals are also known for being quite messy. With all the sauces and dressings, they're not meant to sit out for too long. In fact, the food can get cold and soggy quite quickly!

But the dad stuck to his guns and defended himself, saying that this was the only way the food was going to stay the way it was supposed to by the time he arrived home, which was 45 minutes away.
