He Pours Salt And Vinegar On A Tarnished Pot. Why? GENIUS!

Readers know that we love food hacks here. We write about a lot of different cool food hacks and life hacks that make cooking easier, cheaper, and more accessible for people everywhere. What's the only problem with all that awesome cooking you're doing by following these great hacks? All the cleaning! The more you cook, the more you need to clean your pots, pans, and utensils.

Luckily, we have a life hack for that too! Awesome YouTuber DaveHax is back with another video straight from his kitchen that will make you say, "I wish I knew this ages ago!"

In the video, Dave walks his viewers through the easy, inexpensive process of cleaning the tarnish off of copper pots. The results are so stunning that the copper pot he demonstrates on looks brand new after he's done.

As Dave shows us in the video, you don't need an expensive copper cleaning or tarnish removing chemical. All you need is your kitchen sink, some salt, a little bit of white wine vinegar, and a scrub brush or sponge.

You simply put the copper pot in the sink, spread salt all over it, drizzle some vinegar on, and then scrub away. In a few moments, you'll have all that tarnish off the pot! Then you just need to rinse the copper pot off in the water and you've got a seemingly brand new pot. Amazing!

I don't know about you, but I'm definitely trying this trick. The more awesome food hacks we try, the more and more our pots and pans need a good scrub down. This should make that process a lot easier.

Please SHARE this awesome life hack with all your friends and family!
