T.J. Holmes has finally settled his divorce from his estranged wife of almost 13 years, Marilee Fiebig. This comes nearly a year after the former GMA3 anchor's affair with one of his coanchors, Amy Robach, came to light. Court records show that paperwork was submitted on October 11, 2023, but the documents have been sealed and its contents aren't available for public viewing.
The former couple are set to appear in court on January 9, 2024. A certificate of dissolution was processed by the court. The settlement and divorce judgment are currently pending.
T.J. filed for divorce in December 2022 after photos from an intimate getaway with Amy were released. He was seen grabbing his coanchor's butt.
A source close to Marilee revealed shortly after that she had been "blindsided" by the news of her husband's affair. Apparently, the former couple had been separated at the time, but were working on reconciling their marriage.

“She’s devastated. She had no idea,” the source explained at the time. “They haven’t been together in [a while], but they were trying to work it out.” They share 10-year-old daughter, Sabine.
T.J. and Amy had allegedly been romantically involved since March 2022. Amy was married to Andrew Shue at the time the affair was exposed.
Amy was apparently already in the process of divorcing her husband when the affair began. She and Andrew finalized their divorce just four months after the affair went public.
Both GMA3 anchors were let go from their positions following an investigation. Allegations of T.J. having inappropriate relations with other staff members of the show, including interns, also came to light.
Though no recent news of the T.J. and Amy's relationship has been shared, the two are reportedly still going strong. They have also been training for the New York City Marathon.
“They’re in a good place,” a source close to the pair previously shared. “They’re moving on from all the negative around the affair and looking toward the future together.”
