Some experts say that if our domestic cats were as large and powerful as the big cats they're related to, they'd eat us in a heartbeat. While I am not sure I buy into that theory, I can definitely agree that there are some domestic kitties that do think that they're big cats. You may not know it, but your cat is the king of the castle, much like lions are the kings of the jungle. Felix doesn't like to sit on top of the kitchen cabinets because he thinks it's cute, he's doing it because he wants a good vantage point from which to keep watch over his kingdom.
When this orange tabby cat, named Walnut, sees a bobcat lounging on the porch of his home, he has the funniest reaction. You'd think that he'd run to the corner hissing and ready to defend himself, but not Walnut! All this silly kitty wants to do is play with this wild bobcat. It's a good thing that there's a glass door keeping him from playfully tackling this wild animal!
