Donald Trump Jr. Blasted For ‘Vile’ Post About Joe Biden’s Cancer Diagnosis

President Donald Trump delivered a nice message to Joe Biden on May 18 following the former president’s revelation that he was battling aggressive prostate cancer, and Donald Trump Jr. appeared to do the same.

That did not last long though.

Trump first shared a post of a photo of Biden on X that read, “BREAKING: Joe Biden has been diagnosed with prostate cancer. Politics aside, we wish him a speedy recovery!”

Trump Jr. wrote, “Agreed 100%”

So far, so good. That lasted three hours.

Trump Jr. returned to X and shared a post claiming that Biden’s cancer would have been a “5-7 year journey without treatment before it becomes metastatic.”

“What I want to know is how did Dr. Jill Biden miss stage five metastatic cancer or is this year another coverup???” he wrote and pinned the post to the top of his profile.

And there were plenty of people who found that to be distasteful.

“I lost both of my parents to Cancer,” Robin Bender wrote while sharing Trump Jr.’s post. “This is disgusting and an insult to every patient and family dealing with this insidious disease. Grow the (expletive) up.”

“They really are vile people,” David Corn wrote while sharing Trump Jr.’s post.

“Dr. Jill Biden is not a medical doctor,” Billy Baldwin wrote while sharing the post. “She has a PhD in Education. Donny Jr. has a PhD too … Papa Has Dough.”

“There is no Stage 5 you idiot scion of stupidity,” Elzabeth West wrote while sharing the post.

There were plenty more comments like that and you can see them and Trump Jr.’s post below.

Trump Jr.’s post was in contrast to his father’s post earlier in the day.

“Melania and I are saddened to hear about Joe Biden’s recent medical diagnosis,” Trump wrote on his Truth Social. “We extend our warmest and best wishes to Jill and the family, and we wish Joe a fast and successful recovery.”

Trump’s post came a little more than an hour after Biden released a statement announcing his diagnosis.

“Last week, President Joe Biden was seen for a new finding of a prostate nodule after experiencing increasing urinary symptoms,” the statement read. “On Friday, he was diagnosed with prostate cancer, characterized by a Gleason score of 9 (Grade Group 5) with metastasis to the bone.

“While this represents a more aggressive form of the disease, the cancer appears to be hormone-sensitive which allows for effective management,” the statement added. “The President and his family are reviewing treatment options with his physicians.”

NBC News said a Gleason score of 9 “indicates a high-grade, aggressive form of prostate cancer.” The outlet said it “further indicates that the cancer cells look very different from normal prostate cells and are likely to grow and spread rapidly.” They said that places the cancer in the Grade Group 5, making it a “more challenging prognosis.”
