Pedro Viloria was working his shift at the McDonald's drive-thru window when the unthinkable took place.
The 22-year-old employee, who was working at a McDonald's location in Doral, Florida, noticed a woman pull up to the window with her kids. The woman happened to be an off-duty police officer in some type of medical distress.

Suddenly, Pedro heard her children screaming from inside the car. "Mother! Mother! Stop it! Mother, what are you doing?!'" they cried.
Then the car began to roll forward as if the woman had lost control.
Pedro knew something was horribly wrong, and without panicking or hesitation, he immediately sprang into action.
