If there's anything we know to be true, it's that Americans love watching television.
There's nothing better than snuggling up on the couch at the end of a long day to watch a good television show.
When reality shows entered the TV realm a few years ago, audiences loved them. It's fascinating to watch other people in their daily lives, especially when they're totally different from us.
One such show was Duck Dynasty.
Duck Dynasty premiered on A&E in March 2012, and it's had 11 seasons so far. The show follows the Robertsons, who own a business making products for duck hunters.
The men in the family are very recognizable, specifically due to their distinctive beards.
However, one of the family's main members, Jason "Jase" Robertson, recently made a drastic change to his appearance when he decided to shave off his beard and cut his hair.

Jase Robertson, son of Phil and Miss Kay, is one of the many Robertsons in charge of the Duck Commander business.
Jase is specifically in charge of manufacturing.
Jase has three kids: Reed, Cole, and Mia.
Everyone who has ever seen Jase before knows that, just like the other men in his family, he has a big brown beard.
His youngest child, Mia Robertson, was born with a cleft lip and palate, meaning she's undergone numerous surgeries since birth.
The 13-year-old started a foundation to raise awareness about cleft lips and palates.
Recently, Jase partnered with the foundation and said that if they raised $100,000, he would shave his face clean.
When they reached their goal, Jase followed through on his words and shaved off his bushy beard.
Jase's fans were absolutely stunned to see his freshly shaven face.
His family seems pretty thrilled about his new look, too!
Jase's wife shared this photo on Instagram with the caption, "I guess you could say I'm a little happy."
One fan commented, "Them ducks are gonna be dropping out of the sky just to get a closer look!!!"
Another fan wrote: "Watched y'all's video and was so nice seeing all of your family there to support you and the MiaMoo fund! You guys are beautiful people."
Although his fans were definitely shocked that he actually shaved his face, they were glad he did it for such a great cause.
