For example, we've all been told that sugar makes kids hyper, but according to several comprehensive studies, sugar actually doesn't affect behavior!

And just in time for cold and flu season, they debunk a common myth about Vitamin C: The vitamin itself won't keep you from catching a cold and has virtually no impact on prevention. Mind-blowing, right?! And while Vitamin C still has great nutritional value, you will be able to get more of it from vegetables like peppers and broccoli than from an orange!
