Fred Evans was recovering from a double lung transplant when doctors discovered he had terminal cancer. Doctors gave him only a few months to live, so before he died, he wanted to do one last thing for his two daughters.
Although neither of his daughters were married, he refused to miss walking them down the aisle. The 62-year-old father surprised them by planning a special ceremony where he was able to accompany Kate and Gracie to the alter. Both young women were left in tears at their dad's touching gesture. The emotional day was all captured as the family gathered and prayed for the girls' future marriages.
But Evans still had one more surprise in store. When the ceremony with his daughters was over, he turned to his wife and announced that he wanted to renew their marriage vows.
