Yogurt is a wonderful and healthy snack to eat, but when we think of a snack, we tend to imagine cookies or chips long before yogurt. But what if there was a way to spruce up this healthy snack and make it more exciting? Well, in this case, these yogurt dots made in the below video might just become your newest obsession!
What you will need:
- Scissors
- Ziploc bag
- Spoon
- Wax paper
- Yogurt
- Flat pan
- Space in your freezer
To start, open a Ziploc bag and fold the top portion over to decrease the chance of a mess. From there, use a spoon to pour in the yogurt of your choice. The trick for this is to try and keep the yogurt in one corner of the bag as you continue to pour it in. After most of the bag is filled up, lay down wax paper and place it over a flat pan.
Next, take the scissors and cut a hole in the opposite side of the bag where there is no yogurt. The goal is not to make the hole too big (so you don’t get globs of yogurt coming out all at once). Then, move the yogurt out by squeezing it over to the portion cut and get perfect dots lined up on your wax paper. Once you fill the pan, the next step is to store it in your freezer for at least two hours. What an easy and amazing trick to make your yogurt more appealing!
Even if you’re not a yogurt fan, this might just be the trick to get you eating this wondering refreshing snack. I know I am definitely trying this from now on!
