Some little kids are just born with it. From young ages, they put on songs and dances that rival some Broadway productions. Whether coming up with their own tunes and routines or copying their favorites from movies and television, some children just have a natural talent to perform.
This kid, young Alfie, is one of those kids who will not only warm your heart with his cuteness but will knock your socks off.
Alfie’s dad Steven Shields posted this video of the little guy dressed up as Bette Midler’s character Winifred Sanderson from Hocus Pocus singing the most infamous song, “I Put A Spell On You.”
Not only can Alfie nail the high notes, he also has Midler’s choreography from the movie memorized to a T. Plus, he has a serious flare for theatrics.
Alfie is so impressive, even Bette Midler saw his rendition and complimented the little tyke on Twitter. “This is a must watch! Alfie nailed it,” she wrote.
And it turns out, Alfie is so excited that his idol saw his video.
“Just dropped Alfie off at school and he couldn’t wait to tell his teacher how many views he’s had and that Bette Midler herself has responded,” his dad wrote on Facebook. “Don’t think his teacher knew about just how quickly his video went viral. Think he was a little bit stunned.”
After all of the attention he’s received, his parents started him his own Facebook fan page, The Alfie Shields Page.
