Shaggy Homeless Man Sobs When He Gets Makeover After 25 Years On The Streets

How we look can have an incredible impact on how we feel about ourselves.

If you think you don't look your best, it can be hard to feel outgoing and confident — which is why we all have ideal grooming routines to enhance our mood!

This can also affect how the world sees us, something that 55-year-old Jose Antonio knows all too well.

After suffering through depression, the former electrician wound up homeless and working as a car-parking attendant to afford food. He spent the next 25 years on the streets.

But then a salon owner who knew him from his day job offered to give him a cut and some color, resulting in a staggering makeover.

Film producer Dr. Filmgood documented the transformation, which started with Jose Antonio's scruffy gray hair and beard.

His tresses got a serious chop and were dyed a deep brown.

When the final transformation was revealed to him, Antonio could barely keep it together. Tears streamed down his face — he couldn't believe he was staring at his own reflection.

Amazingly enough, no one else could recognize him either. With his new duds and stylish haircut, he had seemingly transformed into an entirely different person.

"It wasn't just a change of look. It changed my life. What I want now is a proper job," he explained in an interview.
