In September of 2015, YouTube user "Kocab's Corner" met an elderly woman who defied the stigma attached to homeless people. He asked her if he could interview her, and so he took her to a restaurant. There, Claudia — who had been homeless for about a year when this video was recorded— explained how she ended up in such dire straights. It's a heartbreaking story. Claudia was evicted from her apartment. She developed medical issues. She was living on little-to-no means. She couldn't find work. And then, her husband passed away. The only thing that has kept her going is her faith in God.
But this is all the first half of the video. In the second half, Kocab does something most people wouldn't dare. He and his wife, Tracy, show up at Claudia's new apartment with a major surprise — and trust me, you're going to want to see this!
