This is one well-trained animal! The golden retriever mix in this video has a hard time understanding that the door his owner wants him to run through isn’t exactly there. The door frame is there, but the glass is missing.
It takes the pooch roughly 30 seconds to walk through the door the first time, and even then he’s still got a look of bewilderment, like he's wondering “What the heck is happening?” His owner (who is holding the video camera) walks back in the house and tries to convince his four-legged friend to walk through the door once more. And even though the dog had just went through said door once, he gives considerable pause when asked to go through it again.
The owner runs backwards to try to get the canine to come in, but to no avail. Another person in the house points out that trying to train this dog to run through the door probably isn’t the best idea ever, and the owner finally relents and opens the door. Even though it’s free from glass and he already went through it, the dog patiently waits for the door to open before walking into the house.
