Joan was the kind of epic personality that we almost expected to be around for all time, so I'll leave you with her words as we bid her farewell and remember all the laughter. "If we went through this whole audience, everyone has gone through some terrible thing, that they've said: How am I gonna get through this, God? And, you have to get through it. And you have to get through it, and you have to understand. You LAUGH. That's how I get through it."
