What would you do if you saw a man drop his wallet full of credit cards and stacks of twenty dollar bills?
Maybe the answer depends on your sense of character or maybe it depends on how desperate you are. Or maybe it has more to do with what you would want someone else to do for you if you were in that particular situation. For example, these people were given $100 but instead of taking the bonus, they gave it to the homeless. Do you think you'd react the same way if the opportunity to get a few extra bucks arose?
One man decided to find out. He set up a camera and dropped his wallet. Each time someone would alert him or pick it up and hand it to him.
Except, that is, for one person. A young man sees that a wallet on the ground but he doesn't see who dropped it. He rifles through it, looks at the credit cards, and the driver's license inside.
Then he goes shopping. The camera follows him, from a distance, as he buys sneakers and a bag from the mall.
The man keeps looking at the credit card, makes a phone call, and then looks at the ID again.
What exactly is he doing? It looks like he is using it to go on a shopping spree or even stealing his identity.
