Fitness guru Michelle Lewin's nickname isn't La Cuerpa (or "The Body") for nothing. The Venezuelan model-turned-bodybuilder shares her fitness journey with over one million followers on Instagram. Her bikini bod has been featured everywhere from fitness magazines to the cover of Playboy Venezuela. While her toned abs are sure to fill anyone with envy, it's her ample derriere and voluptuous physique that has the internet talking.
Lewin didn't always plan on becoming a bodybuilder. The 5'4" stunner — who works out five times a week and maintains a strict, healthy diet — originally began exercising with a personal trainer to stay in shape and look good. She said, "After months of intense training, the abs started to show and I was enjoying the fitness lifestyle. Suddenly the modeling requests were coming from fitness magazines and supplement companies."
Her friend then convinced her to start entering bikini competitions. Lewin earned second place in her first competition, and the rest is history.
In the age of Kim Kardashian and Beyoncé, the "perfect" booty has become the coveted asset for many. What's exceptional about Lewin is that she isn't afraid to combine those buxom features with a strong, toned body. Lewin is blowing up on the internet because people just aren't used to seeing a female bodybuilder who is stacked and curvy. But i's a crappy societal standard that women can't be buff and still be women. Take one look at Lewin and you'll see that, yes, women can have biceps as big as Popeye's and still be absolutely gorgeous.
Lewin told Simply Shredded, "It’s extremely motivating to have so many female fans. I never thought I would get to that point, especially since I’m an ex-Playboy Cover Model. But girls! Thanks! I love you! You’re the best!"
Lewin is redefining health, fitness, and beauty for women everywhere.
Michelle doesn't leave much to the imagination, but when she's this proud of her body, why should she?

Her sculpted abs aren't intimidating at all. Nope.

Of course, those abs don't come without hard work.

And her butt gives Kim Kardashian a run for her money.

It takes more than a few squats to even compete.

And she's very serious about those squats.

It's important to be self-motivated, but you can't always get fit on your own.

Now that is one intense chair dip.

Donkey kicks = sculpted glutes!

Yes, she trains with Kangoo Jumps.

We love a woman who isn't afraid to have muscular arms.

Michelle Lewis proves hard work can also be a little glamorous.
