One of my favorite meals to make at home is sushi. It's delicious, light (though filling), and made of all natural ingredients. Best of all, it's incredibly simple to make: I just call up the the closest sushi delivery place and place my order.
Ok, so I don't often make my own sushi at home, but that's because I'm not that handy in the kitchen. This recipe for sushi, however, is simple, fun, and results in a sushi roll that is not only delicious, but absolutely adorable: it's panda face-shaped sushi.
My first thought when I saw this video was that this is a great way to get picky children to try sushi for the first time. Of course, it's a great idea for adults, too.
