He Does A Handstand Hundreds Of Feet In The Air… But What Follows Is Even More Unbelievable!

If you're not an athlete, these guys are going to drive that message home in this video.

Some folks are good at soccer, some at golf, some at bowling, and others? Well, they're good at jumping off of buildings, scaling walls, and doing handstands thousands of feet in the air.

This practice of pushing the body to its most incredible limits is called Parkour.

Parkour originated in France as a holistic form of military training. The idea was to get soldiers from point A to point B in the most efficient way possible.

This requires a little more than just walking or running! The method was proposed by French Naval Officer Georges Herbert during World War I. He based these movements on those he'd seen practiced by indigenous communities he encountered in Africa.

Herbert said of these remarkable communities, "Their bodies were splendid, flexible, nimble, skillful, enduring, and resistant, but yet they had no other tutor in gymnastics but their lives in nature."

He then began to incorporate these methods into military training, which later became standard in France and soon embraced by cultures and athletes around the world.

Watch these regular people complete amazing feats in the video below.
