Have you ever heard of them? That's the "Pull Up your Pants Agency," and if you're walking around with your pants to low and your boxers hanging out, you just might find yourself getting a ticket! In this ridiculous video from YouTube comedian VitalyzdTV, the prankster dressed up as a "Special PUPA Agent" and decided to give out some fake tickets to saggy-pants-wearing pedestrian.
His costume even involves a scanner to measure the low pants and determine if it's a violation… this guy thought of everything! Fortunately, most of the guys don't get mad about the silly prank. If you're going to dress like that you have to expect consequences, am I right?!
