Beverly Hills staple Spago offers patrons both world-class libations as well as five-star food.
4. MATRIXFILLMORE
San Francisco's MATRIXFILLMORE was founded in 1965 and harbors vintages dating back to the 1800s.
5. Bull & Bear
When in New York City, head to the Waldorf Astoria's Bull & Bear Steakhouse for a taste of the Balvenie Fifty. Only 128 bottles were ever made back in 1963, and one dram now costs $2,500.
6. Pappas Bros. Steakhouse
Pappas Bros. Steakhouse in Dallas serves both in-house, dry-aged meat and top-shelf liquors like Port Ellen 14th Release. A taste of this sweet nectar will either run you $375 per ounce, or as much as $9,375 for the full bottle.
7. MiniBar Hollywood
MiniBar Hollywood offers patrons a wide range of libations from artfully crafted cocktails to $6,500-a-bottle Remy Martin Louis XVIII in Baccarat crystal.
8. The Silver Dollar
The Silver Dollar in Louisville, KY, narrows its focus to providing as many whiskey varieties as humanly possible, unveiling this single spirits' infinite essences.
9. Nomad Bar
If you're looking for some variety whilst in NYC, hit up NoMad Bar. Their drinks menu is 96 pages long, full on offerings priced well within the $100s and $1,000s.
10. Madrina
Dallas' Madrina is not only home to top-shelf spirits, but also James Beard–nominated bartender Michael Martensen.
11. Canon
Seattle whiskey bar Canon is the western hemisphere's self-proclaimed largest spirit collection. They currently offer 3,500 labels, and tirelessly work to continually expand that list.
12. Jack Rose Dining Saloon
At Washington, D.C.'s Jack Rose Dining Saloon, guests can choose from 2,687 different whiskey varieties, and counting.
13. Joël Robuchon
