She Sings Her Mother’s Favorite ELVIS Song. The Reason? So Touching!

Rhema Marvanne may only be 7 years old, but she has already been through enough in her young life to write a whole album of blues songs…and when this little girl sings, you can hear it.

When Rhema was just a toddler, her mother, Wendi, was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Instead of hiding the pain and suffering that Rhema's mother was experiencing, her father brought her on every hospital visit and included the little girl until the very end. In Wendi's final days, her daughter's presence brought comfort and the difficult experience made the little girl strong.

Rhema always loved to sing and after her mom passed, she began to sing as much as she could…and always sing for her angel. In this moving performance, Rhema sings her mother's favorite Christmas song, "Blue Christmas," by Elvis Presley. Rhema wrote on her YouTube page, "This song is dedicated to my mommy in heaven, Wendi Marvanne."

Her beautiful, soulful rendition of the Elvis classic brought me to tears. Rhema's angel must be looking down so proud of her talented little girl.
