She Heard Noises Coming From An Abandoned Suitcase. She Was SHOCKED At What She Found Inside!

When Sarah Mills went out to dump some trash one night, she thought she heard a noise coming from an unmarked suitcase out by the trash bins. Walking closer to investigate, she opened up the suitcase to find 15 baby kittens inside! The kittens were only about a month old, were covered in fleas, and many of them were suffering from cat flu.

Luckily, Mills runs All Animal Rescue, which is a network of animal fosters, so she was able to get five of the 15 kittens into a new home. The remaining 10 are still waiting for someone to swoop in and save them.

"They are adorable kittens, but they are all teeming with fleas and worms," an Inspector on the case, Penny Baker, told the media. "I have personally never dealt with an instance where so many have been dumped in one go like this."

It's so hard to imagine that anyone would be able to do such a horrible thing to such defenseless animals. Here's hoping they catch the perpetrator, and all of these adorable kittens find a new home!

Because all of the kittens are black, it's hard to tell if they are all from the same litter.

Many of the kittens were suffering from cat flu, which is potentially fatal in kittens.

There are rumors that people are giving up on black cats in record numbers because they don't appear well in photographs.
