Divorces are messy. Divorces in plural marriages are even more complicated. Kody Brown and his extended family of Sister Wives fame are learning this firsthand. Kody went from having four wives — Christine, Meri, Janelle, and Robyn — to just one wife, Robyn. The extended family is in shambles over this.
Christine and Kody’s 21-year-old daughter, Gwendlyn Brown, has her own YouTube channel, where she watches episodes of the hit show and reacts to them. She recently watched season 17, episode 17 and revealed her true feelings about Kody and Robyn’s relationship. She doubts her family will ever be the same again.
Gwendlyn believes that future family gatherings sound "so lovely and so cute" but probably will not happen. "I'm not sure that Robyn can be reunited with it … with Robyn, she's made it very clear that she no longer sees herself as part of the family. I'm not sure if she'll allow that to happen with her kids," Gwendlyn revealed. "She also states that she wants us to be this big happy family but in my experience, that's not true."
Sounds like Christmas, Easter, and birthdays are going to look a lot different from now on.
Gwendlyn says she cannot talk to her dad about Robyn because he has blinders on. "If I ever have an issue with Robyn, it's like, 'Don't ever disrespect Robyn again. She's this perfect, magical, beautiful, wonderful being,'" she confessed. She admits her family does not have the most healthy communication.

Gwendlyn is not the biggest fan of Robyn, and watching the show just confirms this for her. "I feel less about Robyn from watching this, but I feel like that's not very fair from me because I don't really like her as a person," she disclosed. "So it's probably not a completely valid response. But watching her makes me like her less, for sure."
