Stroke Patient Dances With Three Of His Amazing Therapists

When John Woloski had a stroke, he wasn't about to let that stop him from being himself.

As a former music teacher and school principal, he certainly had to have a sense of humor about things. That definitely helped him during the months of this rehabilitation. Much like many other injuries and illnesses, you really do have to be a strong person with a powerful will to recover from a stroke.

Of course, it also helps when you have incredible nurses, therapists, and doctors working with you to get your life back.

When Woloski had a bright idea to put his love for music and sense of humor to use, his therapists at Allied Services Heinz Rehabilitation Hospital's Brain Injury Rehabilitation Unit didn't hesitate to jump in to help out…

He and three of his therapists line up with some walkers as the rest of the staff gets ready for the show. When the music starts, you can already see how much fun this was for him to rehearse and perform.

What a wonderful hospital staff this is to take all this time for one patient. A big thanks to all of the men and women who care for our sick loved ones, and help them recover from traumatic events like a stroke. If only there were more caring people like you in the world!
