Unsuspecting shoppers got a big surprise while buying groceries at a Walmart in Utah this weekend. During the afternoon rush, YouTube prankster and spreader of good cheer, Stuart Edge, decided to spread some holiday cheer. He approached several strangers and handed them a red envelope filled with money and gift cards.
At first, the shoppers are confused and wondering what this stranger is up to. But when they open the envelope, they're all shocked and brought to tears by his generosity. One mother is alone with her two kids and breaks down. She's overcome with emotion by the random act of kindness.
"This is an idea I came up with when I realized how little time it can take to help someone in need, or just doing something nice for someone," Edge said.
All he wanted was to spread cheer during the holiday season — and it totally worked!
