Just about everyone dreams of discovering long-lost treasure or an amazing item left behind by our nation's forefathers, but just about all of us are well aware that finding that hidden gold is probably never going to happen.

But when one man on a mission realized he was hot on the trail of an old shipping vessel that broke apart and sank with its valuable cargo, he realized one afternoon that he must have found it.
