When you're growing up or living your life with a steady income and a seemingly "normal" lifestyle, a regularly scheduled haircut is something you may never think twice about.
However, if you're homeless or in a time of despair, it's very possible you don't have the time or money for one.
Some people go years without being properly groomed, or having their hair washed and cut for them. It's something that's hard to keep up with even if you aren't homeless, so being left without a real home can obviously leave your hair needs in the dust.
Although haircuts might seem insignificant to some, to others it can be a huge moment in their lives. I remember seeing this woman get her first haircut since her cancer diagnosis, and the things she was saying and moments she was talking us through were absolutely heartbreaking. Those inches of hair were something much more to her.
And again, to these people you're about to see, who are homeless, getting a haircut and some hope in the streets of London, this grooming is much more than a makeover.
When Josh Coombes walks the streets, his backpack is always full of hair supplies, and his heart is always ready to give to someone who doesn't always get the empathy they deserve.
He gives haircuts for free and hopes to inspire these people to feel good and maybe even do good, too.
