Most of us have been subjected to the uncomfortable and downright unpleasant experience that is having photos taken with your family. There's always someone who takes it way too seriously, someone who will not stop closing their eyes, and someone whose incessant complaining makes the process way longer than it has to be. While getting those snapshots taken might not be your chosen family activity at the time, the good news is that down the road, they can serve as cringe-worthy, yet hilarious memories of yesteryear.
While many people today criticize all the selfies that are posted on social media, they certainly aren't the worst photographs that have ever been taken. For instance, these "family photos" that were taken with dogs are almost as bad as anything a reality star has ever uploaded to Instagram! But while some may look back on those old pictures and shake their heads in shame, others are embracing the awkwardness of their past; these goofy families even decided to recreate their old pictures years later, and the results are too funny for words!
