A man who makes viral videos borrowed a Ferrari for one day planned to offer rides to strangers in need and record their reactions. What he didn't expect was that one man he picked up would end up changing his plan – and his life forever.
The man thought he'd be making a compilation of clips of people excited about their free ride in the Ferrari F430, but that all changed when one aging man accepted his ride at a bus stop. The older man immediately told him that he just left a 3-hour trip to the hospital and appreciated the ride, as he just received some bad news.
The conversation the two had next was heavy to say the least. The man revealed he served in the U.S. Army as a Vietnam War veteran and has lung cancer, but is not receiving help from Veterans Affairs, as he was attached to the CIA while in 'Nam. His current job is holding a cardboard sign, which gets him about $30 a day, so he can not afford cancer treatment on his own.
Although it's unclear if anything the vet said was true, the man who pulled over to help him got a truly incredible story – and lesson on life – from him. Hopefully, if enough people watch this video, the vet can get the help he so desperately needs – and truly deserves.
