As the age-old saying goes, "You should never judge a book by its cover."
But when trying to assess our general health and well-being, it's often our covers that we judge most heavily. We look at our skin, fingernails, hair, and even our eyes to give us insight into our state of being.
However, until I found this amazing test, I had no idea that your tongue could be used as a barometer of your health! I thought it was going to be hog-wash, but then I took a look in the mirror and read my results — and I was floored.
According to ancient tradition, tongue analysis is a very effective method for assessing one's physical and mental health. Apparently, the tongue is like a map of our body's vital organs, and its appearance reveals a lot about our internal goings-on.
