Who doesn't love pancakes?
Whether you make them the old-fashioned way or add some artistic flair, the fact remains that pancakes are delicious. But what about the actual pancake batter from a box — did you know there are ways to use that batter for more than just fluffy cakes? Even though I like making my own pancakes from scratch, I might look into buying a box just to recreate some of these delicious recipes!
I had never thought of using pancake batter to fry something up — especially chicken — but the way one of these dishes comes out makes me want to rethink the whole frying process! Those pieces of chicken have a crunch to them that I've never been able to replicate with regular bread crumbs! And upside down peach cakes? My mouth is watering just thinking about it!
