Bill and Glad have known each other since they were 8 and 9 years old. Glad admired her brother's best friend Bill from afar until she was 17 and he returned the love.
Fast forward to today, more than 50 years after they were married, this couple's love is stronger than ever. In a heart-wrenching video that answers the question "What Is Love?", Bill discusses caring for his elderly wife who has Alzheimer's disease.
“From the moment she gets up to the moment she goes to bed, I do absolutely everything. I clean her teeth, shower and dress her — everything. I count it a great privilege to care for this woman I’ve loved all these years,” Bill says in the touching video.
It seems today that marriage vows are losing their meaning, but this video proves that some bonds are truly unbreakable. After 50 years of marriage, these two may not have it all together, but together they truly have it all.
